Dunno if intentional, but unless you have enough patience to cast 9999 damage move on a 1 million HP enemy while stalling them, the final level becomes impossible. You HAVE to get a certain move from a PREVIOUS level before entering the final one.
Tried to write this one as spoiler free as I can.

The game's awesome, but the final level forced me to restart from the beginning, because it didn't have an enemy with GRAVITY (aside the one you need gravity to beat)

EDIT: nvm, one of the final enemies had a brain fart and just let me finish him.
